Its been some time since Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S4 and with the completion of that, the next big thing is going to be the Galaxy Note III. Samsung is expected to continue the usual path of unveiling the device in IFA or maybe even launch earlier. Previously we have heard that the next gen Galaxy Note device will have a 6.3" screen but that has been outshined by other reports stating that the device will be at 5.9". Also earlier last week Sammobile seemingly was reported via their insider that Samsung is finalising the type of screen which is going to be used in the Note 3, and the big win at that moment is to be using an LCD panel which is better for the S Pen. Well, lets move on to today's report which comes from KoreaTimes which they report that Samsung will be showcasing the prototype Galaxy Note 3 to some high level AT&T execs during a meeting with them in Seoul later this week. They are expected to discuss the launch and marketing strategy of this new device. The device being showed off to the execs however are just mock up designs which have no hardware inside. The Nokia Lumia 920 will be an AT&T exclusive for 6 months and this device is yet to go on sale. Today, they announced the pricing for its WP8 lineup which include the Lumia 920, Lumia 820 and the HTC 8X. All of these devices will have a two year contract with the HTC 8X costing the highest at $200. The Lumia 820 will be priced at $50 for a 2 year contract and finally the Lumia 920 will only cost $100 for a 2 year contract. The pricing for the 920 sure is good and will attract quite some amount of buyers. The best deal is actually the Lumia 920 because it has 32GB of storage and is priced way lower than the 32GB iPhone 5. Additionally, AT&T will also be offering a 8GB HTC 8X for $100. The Lumia 920 and 820 can be bought starting November 9 and the HTC 8X can be bought right before thanksgiving on November 22.

Last week Apple started taking pre orders for the iPhone 5 and after about 1 hour the initial pre order was sold out and now if you pre order an iPhone 5 you need to wait 2-3 weeks. Now AT&T has just announced that the iPhone 5 is the fastest selling phone they have ever encountered. The iPhone 5 beat the previous fastest selling device on AT&T which is the iPhone 4S. Last year AT&T had 200,000 iPhone pre orders in just half a day and this year that number is expected to be higher than ever. Last year the iPhone 4S managed to sell 4 million units in the opening weekend and that makes it the fastest selling phone ever. This year the iPhone 5 is expected to sell over 8 million units on opening weekend according to analysts. We will just have to wait till next week when Apple announces the first weekend sale of the iPhone 5. This number will most probably blow the Galaxy S III sales and the iPhone 5 will reach 20 million sales in like 2 weeks and is nearly 1/4 the time the S3 took.

According to a report form BGR AT&T is expected to launch the Nokia Lumia 920 on the 21st of October. Previously some reports say that the Lumia 920 would launch on the 2nd of November. With the RTM of Windows Phone 8 now released this date is highly plausible.

Last week verizon has blacked out vacations for all its staff from the 21st to 30th September and this is when the iPhone 5 is expected to be on sale. And now AT&T has also blacked out vacations for its employees from the 21st to 30th September. This can somehow confirm the date which the iPhone 5 will be on sale and the September 12 event for the iPhone 5 is highly plausible. The iPhone 5 is also expected to be available for pre order on the day it launches and will come 9 days after which is September 21.
