Currently LG has launched the Optimus G in a few major regions but the US is still waiting for this device which is expected to be available before the holiday season. LG has uploaded a product movie on their Optimus G and in this video they focus on the key features like the beautiful screen and quad core processor.

LG Optimus G Launching On September 19

Earlier this week LG released a few videos related to their flagship device the Optimus G. Now it seems we have a launch date for it, LG and Qualcomm sent out invitations for a event on the 19th of September. The LG Optimus G is the world's first device featuring the quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor. The Optimus G even has 4G LTE speeds which makes it a speed demon. Some regions will get a 13MP camera on the Optimus G and other regions will get the standard 8MP camera. The Optimus G has 2GB of RAM and is a worthy alternative to the Galaxy S III.

LG Optimus G [Ultra Slim Camera]

Earlier today we reported that LG uploaded a few promo videos for their upcoming flagship smartphone the Optimus G. At the end of the report we said that more videos are coming and LG did post another video about the Optimus G. This video is about the 13MP camera on the Optimus G. According to the video the camera is slimmer and performs better than an average camera in a smartphone.

LG Uploaded A Few Videos About The LG Optimus G

LG is expected to launch their flagship phone in early October and will be available in major regions by the holiday season. Now they have uploaded a few short videos about their flagship phone the Optimus G which sports Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon S4 Pro quad core processor with the Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB of RAM. Other features include a 4.7" 720P True HD IPS Display, a 13MP camera, 2100mAh battery and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. They uploaded a total of 4 videos, the first videos they are talking about overcoming the limits and making everything possible. 

In the second video they talk about their new battery technology which is implemented in the Optimus G. They also talk about how the hardware in the Optimus G adapt to the new battery. 
In this video they talk about their True HD IPS Plus display used in the Optimus G

Finally the last video is about the Snapdragon S4 Pro quad core processor and this video confirms that the Optimus G will be using this processor.

LG Optimus G Is Now Official

A few days ago LG release a teaser video of the upcoming LG flagship phone, and now it is official. This will be the most powerful device LG has ever made and will be also the most powerful device in the market when it is released. LG made this device to compete with high end phones from competing manufactures like the Samsung Galaxy S III and the HTC One X. This phone will have a 4.7" True HD IPS LCD with a resolution of 1280 X 768 and will be utilising in cell technology. It will also feature the quad core snapdragon s4 pro which is clocked at 1.5GHz and paired up with 2GB of RAM. LTE is also available on this phone and the camera is a 13MP shooter, the front facing camera is a 1.3 MP shooter. All of this hardware is powered by a 2100 mAh battery. This phone will come with Ice Cream Sandwich preinstalled but will most likely he the Jellybean update by this year. The in cell touch panel on this phone helped LG achieve a thin phone which is just 8.45mm thick. This phone will launch first in korea next month, and in October it will land in NTT Docomo in Japan. The global launch for this phone is by end of this year.

LG E973 Optimus G Image Leaked

LG is expected to unveil a quad core flagship phone next week at IFA. Recently we reported that LG has released a teaser video for a flagship device and now it seems we have more info on it. It will be called the LG E973 Optimus G, and it has now leaked with some specs about it. The specs include a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processors clocked at 1.5GHz, 2GB of RAM, Adreno 320 graphics, a 4.7" IPS HD display with a resolution of 128 X 720 which translates to a 320ppi, and it will have a 13MP camera. This phone will most probably be running ICS out of the box and will be updated to jellybean in Q4.  IFA is just next week and we will be reporting live what is happening and what new devices are being unveiled.

LG Optimus G Specs Leak

Some leaked specs found in AsiaToday shows that LG is making their most powerful smartphone to date. This model will most probably rival the Galaxy S III and HTC One X. This device will be called the LG Optimus G and has a 4.7" TrueHD IPS screen paired with a quad core processor which is still unknown. The phone will feature a 13MP camera and 2GB of RAM. This phone will also support voice over LTE and will be running the Optimus UI on top of Android 4.0. This phone maybe showcased at IFA next week.
