When Nokia unveiled the Lumia 920 earlier this year they showed a video at the event showcasing the OIS feature of the Lumia 920. That video soon went a bit viral and somebody spotted that it was taken using a professional camera and nokia came clean and apologised. Fast forward a few months down the road and the device is now in the market and someone was kind enough to do a total remake of the scene and providing some evidence to back it up. Below here are three videos, the first one is the OIS test and is shot directly from the Lumia 920 and the second one is the proof of the first video and the last video is the original one by Nokia.

One of the most notable features of the Lumia 920 is the purview camera. Although the camera does not have the 41 MP sensor everybody is asking but it does have a few exclusive features. The biggest one is Optical Image Stabilization, this feature is said to be better than the digital image stabilization on modern high end smartphones. All of these features make the Lumia 920 the best camera smartphone.

We have heard a lot about the Lumia 920's Pureview camera but there are not enough testing by other people to prove its strength. Here is a video which test the OIS of the Lumia 920, in this video the Lumia 920 is compared side by side in a video stabilization test. Both of the devices are mounted on a toy car and the amount of vibration is pretty even. The results are just stunning, to no surprise the Galaxy S III's video stabilization is pretty similar to what you will find in normal camera smartphones. The Lumia 920 in the other hand performed very well by having a very stabilized video.
