The new IPAD
The new ipad was released this morning at apple's ipad event. the event covers the ipad and the apple tv. one of the key features of the new ipad is the retina display, which has a resolution of 2048 X 1536 pixel resolution. it also packs a A5X chip which is a dual core processor with a quad core GPU. the next big thing in this new ipad is the improved camera; this camera is a 5 megapixel sensor which is capable of recording 1080p video. other camera features are auto-focus and face detection. it also comes with 4G LTE support from Verizon and AT&T. the price is still the same; $499 for the 16gb wifi version, $599 for the 32gb, and 699 for the 64gb. whereas the 4G versions retails at $629 for the 16gb version, $729 for the 32gb , and finally $829 for the 64gb version the new ipad will be available starting from 16 March and will be available for pre-order starting today. the bottom line is that the ipad still keeps the reveloutionary 10 hour batter life on wifi but can only last 9 hours on 4G. whereas the Apple TV can now support ups to 1080p video playback
