Samsung has just showed off the Galaxy Young which will replace the old Galaxy Y released about a year ago. This time around the device comes with a 1GHz single core processor which is an upgrade from the 800mHz found on the previous version. The RAM has also been bumped up to 768MB from 290MB in the previous version. The screen size of the new Galaxy Y is 3.27" with a HVGA (480X320) resolution. The dimension are pretty same to its predecessor but its now a bit thicker, longer and heavier. The device has a 3MP rear shooter which records VGA quality video. This new low end model also sports Android 4.1 Jellybean with Samsung's TouchWiz Nature UX skin over it. The device is available in both single and dual sim options. There is also an option to have NFC on board. Not to forget the storage is 4GB which is expandable via microSD.
