Samsung Galaxy S III Rumor Roundup Day 2

It Is Wednesday 2nd of May, There is about 2 days left before the Samsung's Unpacked event. Make sure you check out the Event's Official site. On the day it self they will be streaming the Launch Live, no matter where you are you will be able to see the event. Samsung will also be writing live feeds about the even on their facebook page. We here won't be missing the event, We will be writing live feeds on our facebook page as well as update the blog all in the same time.


1st Rumor

A picture of a screen protector for the Galaxy S III Just appeared on the net. The screen protector was obtained byUnWire.HK. The "Ultimate Screen Guard" is laser cut and can give us a clue as to what the size and shape of the display will be on the Samsung Galaxy S III. UnWire.HK placed the protector over the top of the 4.3 inch screen on the Samsung Galaxy S II and while the width was a as perfect as possible, whereas overall it is just too big for the Galaxy S II. When the protector was placed over the 4.65 inch screen of the Samsung GALAXY Nexus, it was still a bit too big which seems to confirm the rumored 4.7-4.8 inch display for the highly anticipated device.

2nd Rumor

GSMArena received an anonymous tip that the Carphone Warehouse inventory system lists the Samsung Galaxy S III will come in two color versions. The snap from the inventory system of the large retailer Carphone Warehouse suggests that the Galaxy S III will be available in two colors at launch; Blue and White. Has Samsung abandoned its typical black color? The answer is maybe they will launch it in another date.

3rd Rumor

This is another dummybox, This photo was obtained by the guys over at Sam Mobile, and it comes with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich and has the model number GT-I9300 like the previous version devices we have seen. As you can see the screen shape resembles the shape of the screen protector which was shown above. The dummybox however is reportedly featuring a 12 megapixel camera, this is something we have heard rumored before, but what is interesting is that the guys from Sam Mobile have also had a tip about another device, the Samsung GT-I9800, Hopefully more info will pop out tomorrow before the launch.
