The Samsung Galaxy S III

As you all know samsung had an event called Mobile Unpacked 2012 which was held on May 3rd, 7PM London. In that event they revealed the Samsung Galaxy S III, which has a 4.8" screen Super Amoled HD screen with a 720 x 1280 (~303 ppi) resolution screen. The display has a Corning Gorilla Glass 2 for protection. The Galaxy S III comes in two color variations Pebble blue and marble white. This phone comes with an 8MP camera paired up with a LED flash, whereas the front facing camera is a 1.9MP camera capable of taking 720P videos at 30fps.
One of the main features which stand out of this phone is the Quad core processor, this phone uses Samsung's latest processor the Exynos 4 Quad (4412), running at 1.4GHz; as well as 1GB of ram and a choice of 16/32/64 GB of internal storage accompanied by a micro SD slot. Powering all those hardware is a 2100 mAh battery. This phone comes preinstalled wit Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich paired up wit samsung's own TouchWiz Nature UX. The Galaxy S III features a demo of ‘S Voice’ which listens, responds quickly and understands 8 different languages! Another trait of Galaxy S3 is wireless charging which means that you can charge your S3 without the hassle of any wires and that too at a sizable distance from any electric socket. The new ‘Smart Alert’ feature ensures you don’t miss notifications, while ‘Social Tag’ keeps you up-to-date with friends & family. With ‘Smart Stay’ the S3 uses the front-facing camera to detect if you’re looking at it, so it knows whether to keep the screen awake or not. This is a feature which has been lacking in smartphones and Samsung has yet again come to the consumers rescue with this feature. Through Wi-Fi Channel Bonding, one can enjoy double the Wi-Fi bandwidth by using mutliple Wi-Fi connections simultaneously. The Galaxy S3 will get its connectivity from Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0+HS, standard microUSB port, GPS receiver with A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio, TV-out, USB-on-the-go as well as the Near Field Communication (NFC) chip. Other features include TouchWiz 4.0 UI, DivX/XviD codec support, built-in accelerometer, multi-touch input, proximity sensor, gyroscope sensor, Swype text input, RGB light etc. One more major advantage the Galaxy S III has to offer is 50 GB of Drobox storage for 2 years. Finally the Galaxy S III will be available starting 29 of May, and the LTE version will come in Summer.
