Apple's Phil Schiller Responds To The iPhone 5's Scratches Ad Says It Is Normal

Ever since the iPhone 5 has reached the hands of millions of users over the weekend, the iPhone 5 has been facing some issues. One of the biggest problems faced by users are their devices are being scratched out of the box and scratches are being pretty normal. Now Apple's Senior Vice President Phil Schiller has responded to an email saying that it is normal for and aluminum product to scratch or chip and he added that it is normal. So it seems it Apple still does not have the perfect formula for the nano coating.
