It has a dual core 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, a 4" WVGA screen, a 5MP camera and 2GB of internal memory with microSD expansion. The phone weighs in at 180g and the thickness of this device is 15mm. This phone comes with android 4.0 ICS and windows embedded handheld 6.5 can be opted for the OS. This device will be available starting January next year for a hefty $900 price tag.
