Dual SIM Samsung Galaxy Note II Leaked

The Samsung Galaxy Note II is set to be launched next month in 128 major countries. Now there is a leak of a Samsung Galaxy Note II with dual SIM card slots. This is a first for Samsung and the Industry as we have never seen dual SIM capabilities land on high end devices. The reason why there is no high end dual SIM card phones is because two of the radios will not function to its full and in order to put two radios the phone must be big enough and might affect the phone's battery life and thickness. Here below is a Galaxy Note II for china which has dual SIM cards. So do you think this is legit or it is just one of the China knockoffs.
