Google Cancels Their October 29 Android Event Due To Hurricane Sandy

Google has just announced that their October 29 will be canceled due to Hurricane Sandy passing through NYC. The reason why is that the Governor of NYC declare a state of emergency in the act before the coming storm and asked for immediate evacuation and Google's event is just so in the evacuation zone so it must be postponed. Google sent out an official statement on this subject:
We are canceling our Monday morning event in New York due to Hurricane Sandy. We will let you know our plans as soon as we know more.
So this means we won't be seeing the Nexus 10 and the Nexus 4 tomorrow. But the Windows Phone 8 launch is still on tomorrow so there's something to be excited about.
