HTC Announces The HTC J, The World's First Phone To Feature A 1080P Screen
HTC has just announced the HTC J which is a quadcore phone with the most highest resolution display ever found on a smartphone. As the rumored stated multiple times this has that 1080P 5" display which translates to a whopping 440 pixels per inch and is made by sharp and it was unveiled today at Tokyo. This phone is also a powerhouse and is powered by the quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064, which is the same one found in the PadFone II and the Optimus G. The processor is paired up with 2GB of RAM and the phone is running the latest version of android Jellybean. The rear camera is an 8MP shooter and it is most probably the same one found in the One X. The star of the phone is most definetly the 5" 1080P screen and HTC is naming this the Super LCD 3. This screen blows all of the other smartphone's screen out there now. The HTC J is just 9.1mm thick and has a 2020mAh battery. At the end of the day we still have to wait a bit longer for a global model to be launched at this is most definetly only going to be a Japan exclusive. HTC also said that this display will be making its way to other phones in the world.
