Curiosity Mars Rover Lego Model

Yesterday the curiosity rover successfully landed on mars for its expedition. As part of the Build the Future in Space event at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, master Lego builders Doug Moran and Will Gorman have created an awesome Lego Mindstorm version of the Mars Curiosity Rover. These Lego models of the curiosity rovers are using 7 NXT bricks, 13 NXT motors, 2 power function motors, and over 1000 individual lego bricks. The software used to control these models were developed using leJOS NXJ. It is also equipped with an arm that can be controlled remotely via Bluetooth, the controller can mimic your arm movements so whatever you do the movement is mimicked by the robot. For more info on the Lego Curiosity Mars Rover head on over to the BattleBricks website.
