Get Ready For The Perseids Meteor Shower Which Is Happening This Weekend

This weekend Perseids will be showcasing the best meteor shower of the year 2012 according to Nasa. This meteor shower will start on August 11 and end on August 13. Nasa says there might be as much as 100 meteors per hour, the best time to watch this meteor shower is after 10-11 PM but most of the activity will start just before dawn. In the peak of the meteor shower which is on August 12 we will clearly see Jupiter and Venus. There is an app in the Play Store and App Store called meteor counter which is for you to count the amount of meteors you see and this info will be sent to Nasa and with this you are contributing to science.  Click here to find out more about the Perseids meteor and when will you be able to see it in your location.
