Apple is slated to unveil the iPad Mini in fall and the rumors are building up to the launch date which could be right after the iPhone 5 launch or on the same day. Then today Chinese microblogging site Sina Weibo leaked a picture of the iPad Mini's body which shows there is no rear facing camera like the Nexus 7. This could mean that Apple is trying to cut cost and achieve a lower price point to fight against the Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire 2 which is in the sub $200 category. But still we cannot confirm that this case is legit or not. So for time being we can say that the iPad Mini will not have a rear facing camera. Other rumored specs of the iPad Mini are a 7.85" screen, A5X processor, iOS 6, new dock connector and a thin design. Nevertheless this could just be on of Apple's many design prototypes. The rumored September 12 launch date for the iPhone and iPad Mini is just a month away and if the rumored date is correct then apple will begin sending out invitations starting late August or early September.
